I was immediately impressed when I first met Lisa, almost 20 years ago, when she was with DHL Express and came to our office to share her deep encyclopedic knowledge of DHL technical systems and operations, and it transformed the way we were able to support our customers' DHL, or even general international, shipping needs! Even after that visit, she continued to be our main POC for anything DHL related, always able to answer anything as if she had anticipated the question days ago! I've now had the pleasure of working with her in 2 different companies, both times as our carrier relations and implementation manager, working with a multitude of carriers spanning different regions, countries, technologies, and even languages! Each time she has brought that same level of dedication to her job. Lisa doesn't just complete tasks. She exhaustively analyzes them, both at the micro and macro levels, proactively reports statuses to stakeholders, and, of course, completes them, but also make improvements to the areas around them so that next time, a similar task can be accomplished quicker, constantly making everything and everyone around her more efficient. Lisa brings an incredible amount of expertise, a desire to work and to work with anyone, and an impossible to match dedication. Any company would be lucky to have her on their team.

Anyone familiar with carrier integrations has likely crossed paths with Lisa Blade. Renowned for her technical precision, Lisa excels at navigating complex requirements and distilling them into the critical business decisions needed to drive progress. Her leadership was instrumental in doubling EasyPost’s capacity for carrier integrations.

While our day-to-day work didn't constantly overlap, Lisa was a consistently informed, aware, and on point; an unfaltering professional that knows how to keep her ducks in a row and achieve the product goals even in the face of external factors and internal friction. Frequently, individuals seen as SMEs or expected to have the reins on a project would prove to be less "in the loop" than Lisa when put on the spot. Where others would balk and complain about the boundaries of what they're expected to know or understand, Lisa consistently looked past the horizon to gain deeper understanding. Compounding Lisa's skill and talent is her long history working within and around shipping; there is literally no person I personally know of that carriers that depth of history while still being dynamic enough to adjust to unexpected change. Lisa would make an excellent addition to ANY product team and a formidable resource within shipping and logistics.

Lisa is one of those unique go getter, needs to get'r'done type of people. I worked with her on a number of occasions within EasyPost dealing with fickle customer demands, and she is gracious handling customers as well as internal teams. And absolutely not afraid to get her hands dirty and run due diligence, and thorough as it gets when it comes to that. She has a well honed background in the carrier and logistics industry, and would be an asset to any logistics operation.

I first met Lisa around 2007 when she came to our office to walk us through everything we needed to know about DHL shipping. She stood out for her ability to clearly explain DHL specific processes (Import and Export Account numbers) while keeping things approachable and engaging. What has always impressed me most about Lisa is her genuine commitment to staying involved and following up. She doesn’t just provide information and move on—she makes sure everything is working smoothly and that you feel supported along the way. Recently I had the opportunity to work with her again (this time at the same company), and it was the exact same positive experience—only better. She brought even more depth of knowledge and experience. This time across MANY MANY Carriers, which made her guidance even more valuable. Lisa combines expertise, reliability, and a great attitude in a way that’s hard to find. I would gladly work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is both knowledgeable and a pleasure to collaborate with.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lisa at EasyPost for the past three years. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Lisa at ProShip, where we create and support multi-carrier shipping software. Lisa was our carrier liaison, but I thought of her as my own professional Santa--she delivered everything on our wish list! We deal with carriers from around the world and Lisa could reach out and get information from all of them. She has a ton of shipping industry experience and a technical background, so she’s able to understand what a carrier requires, explain carrier and customer needs to developers, and help dig into customer requests to find the right solution. Lisa is a self-starter and needs little guidance from management to perform her job well. While on the DHL ServiceDesk she volunteered to pioneer the training program which greatly improved customer satisfaction and employee morale. In the five years I worked with Lisa I’ve seen her confidently take on many such projects. She has a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement and provides very creative solutions. Moreover, she takes the lead in implementing the change. Lisa takes complicated processes and makes them easy to understand.
